This all started when John Peterman and his group purchased the Rose Brier and Murphy’s garage (now Rite Aid) and obtained permits to build SeaScape and Atlantic Heights. Peterman took in Debbie Nash and her group as partners SeaScape was built by Seppala and Aho from New Hampshire.
My company, Lloyd Webber Properties, was the listing agency on both projects and sold 12 units before the stock market crashed in 1987, and sales dried up. The building was completed in 1989. I encouraged Debbie and John to have a marketing auction and was it was held in the summer of 1990. They did and sold the majority of unsold units as is. The values then began to rise to the present levels.
