This website is primarily for the information of our unit owners. We are a 42-unit condominium located on the beautiful white sands of Old Orchard Beach/Saco Bay; about 15 miles south of Portland, Maine.

Pets

Owners are reminded the overflow parking area is the only area for pets to relive themselves. Please do not use flower beds.

Lockout Procedure

In the event of a lockout, it’s the owner’s responsibility to engage the services of a locksmith. Dirigo offers that service which will be charged to the owner. Dirigo’s costs could be substantially more expensive than a local locksmith.
