This website is primarily for the information of our unit owners.

We are a 42 unit condominium located on the beautiful white sands of Old Orchard Beach / Saco Bay; about 15 miles south of Portland, Maine.

Owners are reminded the overflow parking area is the ONLY area for pets to relieve themselves. Do NOT use flower beds.

Lockout procedure:
“In the event of a lockout, It’s the owner’s responsibility to engage the services of a locksmith.
Dirigo offers that service which will be charged to the owner. Dirigo’s cost could be substantially more expensive than a local locksmith.”
