All rentals must be for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.

Pet Policy:

Renters are not allowed to have pets; only owners are allowed to have pets.

Unit Sizes & Max Occupancy:

• 1 Bedroom: Up to 4 people
• 2 Bedroom: Up to 6 people
• 3 Bedroom: Up to 8 people

Parking:

All units at SeaScape are individually owned, and each unit has assigned parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
